Timber Ridge from Sundance

Timber Ridge was built in 2 Phases. Phase 1 (16 units) was built in Summer 1999, and consisted entirely of 2 Bedroom Condominiums. Phase 2 (12 units) was built in Summer 2000, with some Condominiums having 3 Bedrooms. Floor area is approx 1275 sq ft.

Timber Ridge is a 10-15 minute walk (depending on direction, weather and energy!) to the Village Centre, where there are numerous Restaurants and Bars, the small Supermarket, ATM, and the administrative facilities [Ski School, Ski Hire etc.]
