22 Timber Ridge is a top floor condo with floor space of 1200 sq ft. It was built in 2000 and can accommodate up to 6 people in luxury. The Hot Tub on the deck offers superb views over the Monashee Mountains.

Ski In / Ski Out Probably the best ski in/ski out on the Mountain ! Mogul Track runs directly behind the Timber Ridge condos and takes you right down to Ridge Rocket Express Chair Lift. Your can also easily ski to the Bullet and Plaza Chair Lifts and into the village center. Ski back to the condo from many of the runs that join up with Mogul Track. There is a private ski equipment locker and storage space in the garage.

• Bedrooms - Three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The Main Bedroom has a Queen size bed. The third Bedroom has two single bunk beds. All rooms have storage and/or hanging space.
• Kitchen - The well equipped kitchen will cater for all your needs. Major appliances include a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher.
• Bathrooms - The Master Bedroom has an en-suite Bathroom with shower. The second Bathroom has bath and shower.
• Laundry - Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer
